Leadership Values

​

  1. Transparency- All actions of leadership will be communicated in the best fashion to our employees as to incorporate their importance to the organizations success. 

  2. Honesty- We will never mislead, or falsely claim opportunities where they do not exist. Employees are the most vital part of any organization, and therefore should be treated as such, and as adults who are capable of processing information even if difficult.

  3. Vulnerability- Leaders do not know everything. It is integral to our collective successes that we admit when we are wrong, or not in possession of sought after information. Our responsibility is to heighten each others knowledge and skill sets, all will come to the table with different abilities to contribute.

  4. Growth- It is our responsibility as leaders to provide opportunities for advancement, clear understandings of those pipelines, and resources for employees to obtain them.

  5. There is no I without you, therefore there are no successes that are mine alone. Each milestone reached is an example of how teamwork and dedication to each other heightens our abilities to execute and grow.
